BoomRaid guarantees it's Customers/Clients the confidentiality of their data and personal information. They will not be used or transferred to third party providers except for the cases described in the Terms and Conditions document (T&C).

BoomRaid protects the customers/clients personal information that are used in the electronic payment form. By obeying the existing privacy laws and the T&C, BoomRaid can use the personal information provided by the Clients only for the purposes described in the T&D. In all other cases, the international privacy laws including GDPR will be observed

BoomRaid will not disclose any personal information to third party providers - government institutions, private companies, individuals and others, except in case where it has obtained the explicit written agreement by the Customer, or the information is required by a government institution, which acts in compliance to the local laws and regulations and are required to collect such information. In that case BoomRaid is required to comply with the regulations.

We collect and store only your email. In the cases where you need specific additional documents it is possible that we require additinal data according to the legal requirements. We store a history of orders of all the purchased BoomRaid games.

We don't share your personal data with any 3rd party providers. In some cases in order to obey a legal requirement is required and we need to reveal your personal data in from of the government institutions. Our website stores cookies and log files with the goal of personalization and improvement of the services we offer.
