How similar is BoomRaidTM to an escape room?
You can call BoomRaidTM an escape room in the open, but its more closely
resembles the so called City Quest and Treasure Hunt. Instead closed in a room, you
play outside. The
duration is longer than the average escape room and you need to walk. There is no
limit to the number of participants in a single game. You can play at any time
without the need to sign up or make an appointment. There is no limit to what the
players can use in order to solve the riddles.
So what exactly are the riddles?
Each riddle is made up of two parts. The first part directs the teams to where they
need to go. The second part asks the teams to find a specific answer that can only
be found at that location. Usually the second part starts to make sense once you're
at the right location. Note: the riddles are custom made and can not be solved using
the internet (but you can try anyway).

Three hours seems too much for me. Do you have a shorter game?
Three hours is the maximum game time so you feel comfortable. Most teams are faster
than that. In some cities we offer shorter games with max duration an hour and a
half (similar
to the time you play at an escape room). The places you'll visit are 1-2 minutes
apart, so there's also not much walking involved. Check the duration and the play
area of the games in each city by looking at the upper right part of your screen.
